Estudio de métodos y tiempos para el aumento de la productividad en la línea de chocolate de mesa en la empresa Gironés S.A

Abstract

La presente práctica empresarial tuvo como objetivo principal la realización de un estudio de ingeniería de métodos y tiempos para generar mejoras en la línea de chocolate de mesa de la empresa, con el fin de dar cumplimientos al objetivo se planteó una investigación de tipo mixta debido a que se tendrán procesos cualitativos y cuantitativos, como recolección de información y estudio de tiempos. La metodología del proyecto se empezó a desarrollar con el conocimiento de los métodos utilizados en la empresa para la fabricación de todos los productos de la línea, para posteriormente realizar el diagrama de flujo del proceso, con cada una de las actividades desarrolladas por operación, siguiendo con un análisis por medio del diagrama hombre-máquina en algunas operaciones para posteriormente realizar el estudio de métodos y tiempos. Por último se realizó un análisis de los resultados obtenidos en el estudio con el fin de proponer posibles mejoras que contribuyan con el crecimiento de la empresa, evaluando la capacidad en cada una de las operaciones, diseñando algunos indicadores que permitan evaluar la producción.

The following internship had the goal of carrying out a study of methods and timings engineering for creating an improvement in the tble chocolate line from the company, with the goal of reaching the objectives, a mixed approach research was proposed; this because there will be a mixed of qualitative and quantitative processes, such as collecting information and studying timings. The project methodology was developed with the knowledge of the methods being used inside the company for the manufacturing of all of the products from that production line. Later on, this helped in creating a flux diagram of the process with each of the activities carried out during the operation, followed by an analysis through the human-machine diagram in some of the operations. Afterwards, a study of the methods and timings was carried out. Finally, an analysis of the results obtained was made with the purpose of proposing possible improvements that contribute to the company\'s growth, evaluating its capacity in each of the operations, and designing some indicators that help in evaluating the production.
