Diseño de un programa de prevención de accidentalidad en la Empresa Unitransa S.A

Abstract

Este proyecto pretende desarrollar a través de diversas etapas el tema de la prevención vial para promover en los transportadores de buses urbanos de la empresa Unitransa conciencia ciudadana, esto con el fin de contrarrestar los índices de accidentalidad. Partiendo de los aspectos básicos y fundamentales que conforman el día a día en este gremio y de los resultados emitidos por una pre prueba realizada para la exploración de presencia de conductas no preventivas se diseñaron diversas actividades que conformaron el programa “Te luce Como Conduces”, el cual estuvo orientado a la sensibilización de conductores mediante 7 etapas que contenían diferentes estrategias para corregir las falencias de los individuos al momento de tener a su cargo la responsabilidad del transporte de pasajeros. Las fases se llevaron a cabo por medio de conferencias, conversatorios, talleres y consultas psicológicas soportadas a través de una diversidad de carteles educativos alusivos a la temática y primordialmente basados en casos cotidianos que permitieron que los conductores se identificaran con las imágenes y frases alusivas las cuales se retroalimentaron a través de la publicación de resúmenes en las carteleras de las diferentes terminales de la empresa. Por ultimo se dio a conocer el seguimiento realizado al programa, el cual consistió en el análisis individual y mensual de los índices de accidentalidad. This project tries to develop across diverse stages the topic of the road prevention to promote in the carriers of urban buses of the company Unitransa civil conscience, this in order to offset the indexes of accidentalidad. Based on the basic and fundamental aspects that shape the daily life in this guild and the results issued by a preliminary test for the exploration of the presence of non­preventive behaviors were designed various activities that shaped the program "You look like driving," which was aimed at raising awareness of drivers through 7 stages containing different strategies to correct the failings of individuals at the time of taking the responsibility of transporting passengers. The phases were carried out by means of lectures, talks, workshops and consultations psychological supported through a variety of educational posters alluding to the theme and primarily based on everyday cases that allowed the drivers to identify themselves with images and phrases referring the which is fed back through the publication of summaries on the notice boards of the various terminals of the company. Finally was released the follow­up program, which consisted of the individual analysis and monthly rates of accidents.
