Apoyo técnico en las etapas constructivas de la edificación Amaranthus

Abstract

El crecimiento conceptual de un ingeniero a parte del adquirido por libros y maestros está en la experiencia, en el contacto con la realidad, por ende la residencia de obra es el ámbito donde el ingeniero tiene como objetivo la materialización de planos y de allí se descomponen diferentes actividades como: control de presupuesto y programación, supervisión de obra y manejo de personal .El siguiente documento contiene el desarrollo de dichas actividades realizadas en la constructora Urbacolombia como ingeniera residente auxiliar en la construcción de una edificación multifamiliar, describiendo el apoyo técnico en: fundida de elementos, mampostería, friso, estuco, instalaciones hidrosanitarias, gas y eléctricas; también acere /el manejo del software SINCO para el control de presupuesto de obra. The growth of an engineer, apart from that acquired by books and teachers, is found in experience, in contact with reality. Therefore, the residence of building site, is the area where the engineer aims, the materialization of plans and from there, decompose different activities like: budget control and programming, supervision of building and personnel management. The following document contains the development of these activities carried out in the construction company Urbacolombia, as auxiliary resident engineer, in the construction of a multifamily building, describing the support in cast, masonry, frieze, stucco, plumbing, gas and electrical installations, also of the management of the SINCO software for the control of building budget
