Mecanismos estatales para apoyar la gestión de proyectos en Antioquia

Abstract

El estudio del Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Colombia, indica que el país cuenta con diferentes mecanismos estatales para apoyar proyectos y que los colombianos tienen altas iniciativas para la gestión de proyectos con fines de creación y/o fortalecimiento de empresas, pero la minoría se moviliza hacia la acción con estos fines debido al desconocimiento de tales mecanismos. Así pues, se realizó una investigación de tipo exploratoria para conocer y consolidar los diferentes de mecanismos estatales para apoyar el ecosistema empresarial en Antioquia, lo cual da cuenta que existe un marco regulatorio, entidades de financiación, entidades de capacitación, así como entidades que asesoran y acompañan a los emprendedores y/o gestores de proyectos. Las entidades de asesoría y mentoría no se encuentran certificadas en el estándar PMBOK, pero poseen ciertas características que las asemejan con el estándar. Se concluye que se hace necesario contar con un ecosistema empresarial centralizado y de conocimiento para los colombianos, de tal manera que no se presenten fugas de iniciativas empresariales. Thus, an exploratory research was carried out to know and consolidate the different state mechanisms to support the business ecosystem in Antioquia, which shows that there is a regulatory framework, financing entities, training entities, as well as entities that advise and accompany entrepreneurs and / or project managers. The advisory and mentoring entities are not certified in the PMBOK standard, but they have certain characteristics that make them similar to the standard. It is concluded that it is necessary to have a centralized business ecosystem and knowledge for Colombians, in such a way that there are no leaks of business initiatives.
