Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la Empresa Soldar 1ª Ingeniería

Abstract

El objetivo general del presente proyecto consiste en documentar e implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) para la empresa Soldar 1a Ingeniería bajo el capítulo 6 del Decreto 1072 de 2015. Para el cumplimiento del mismo se realizó primero la evaluación de condiciones iniciales de la empresa, donde se pudo dar un diagnóstico general y establecer el plan de trabajo para dar cumplimiento a la normativa legal vigente; posterior a esto se realizó una serie de entrevistas con el personal para conocer más a fondo la situación de la empresa y así poder identificar las necesidades de mejora y la documentación del sistema teniendo como punto de referencia la Resolución 0312 de 2019 y el marco general del proyecto. Luego, se apoyó la implementación del sistema proponiendo los controles operacionales y la respectiva socialización al personal según la identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos. Posteriormente se apoyó la realización de la auditoría interna del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SGSST) y se realizaron las mejoras a la documentación identificadas. Finalmente, se realiza una evaluación final dejando el Sistema con un nivel de implementación del 78%, logrando así los objetivos planteados. The general objective of this project is to document and implement the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) for the company Soldar 1a Ingeniería under chapter 6 of Decree 1072 of 2015. Compliance with the same was carried out first the evaluation of initial conditions of the company, where a general diagnosis could be given and establish the work plan to comply with current legal regulations; Subsequent to this, a series of interviews with the staff was carried out in order to better understand the situation of the company and thus be able to identify the needs for improvement and the documentation of the system, taking as a point of reference Resolution 0312 of 2019 and the general framework of the draft. Then, the implementation of the system was supported by proposing the operational controls and the respective socialization to the personnel according to the identification of hazards and risk assessment. Subsequently, the internal audit of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSST) was supported and the identified documentation improvements were made. Finally, a final evaluation is made, leaving the System with a level of implementation of 78%, thus achieving the proposed objectives.
