Abstract
La Revista Investigaciones Aplicadas surgió con el ánimo de constituir un espacio referencial de la investigación científica aplicada en el diverso campo ingenieril. A partir del soporte de la UPB, esta Revista ha podido desarrollarse con base en el trabajo desinteresado de programas de ingeniería, tanto locales como nacionales e internacionales. Algunos aportes, aunque en menor cantidad, han llegado desde el sector productivo.
