Apoyo al departamento de diseño estructural de marval s.a. en los procesos de revisión de diseño estructural

Abstract

Este documento es el informe final del trabajo de grado modalidad práctica empresarial, como requisito para obtener el título de Ingeniero Civil de la Universidad Pontifica Bolivariana. El principal objetivó de la práctica empresarial es brindar apoyo al departamento estructural de MARVAL S.A en los procesos de revisión de diseños estructurales a través de los diferentes conocimientos adquiridos en el programa de pre grado de ingeniería civil y cumpliendo con la Norma Sismo-Resistente Colombiana NSR-10. Se realizará la práctica en la empresa MARVAL S.A con una duración de 4 meses a partir del primero de Marzo del 2017 y finalizará el 30 de junio del 2017. Se llevaran a cabo diferentes actividades con el fin de crear una lista de chequeo de planos estructurales buscando realizar una revisión detallada a estos antes de enviarlos a la curaduría o a la obra pertinente. Con este objetivo mis funciones principales serán la revisión de planos existentes de proyectos nuevos y viejos, buscando todos los detalles que ya se han aplicado y aquellos que sean obsoletos o falten, para estos se realizara una biblioteca de archivos para la empresa donde se encuentren los planos y detalles de los proyectos más representativos. Otra de mis funciones será la creación y revisión de diferentes modelos estructurales en software como SAP 2000 y ETABS, con el propósito de tener claro, los requerimientos de los diferentes elementos de una estructura y por último se realizaran diferentes hojas de cálculo que hagan falta en la red del departamento estructural, con el propósito de facilitar algunos procesos de la oficina y comprobar los datos obtenidos de los diseños realizados en determinado programa.

This document is the final report of the degree work practical business, as a requirement to obtain the degree of Civil Engineer of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. The main objective of the business practice is to provide support to the structural department of MARVAL SA in the processes of reviewing structural designs through the different knowledge acquired in the civil engineering pre-degree program and complying with the Norma Sismo Resistente Colombiana NSR -10. The practice will be carried out in the company MARVAL SA with duration of 4 months from the first of March of 2017 and will end on June 30, 2017. Different activities will be carried out in order to create a checklist of structural plans looking for a detailed review of these before sending them to the curatorship or the building site building site. With this objective my main functions will be the revision of existing plans of new and old projects, looking for all the details that have already been applied and those that are obsolete or missing, for these will be realized a library of archives for the company where the Plans and details of the most representative projects. Another of my functions will be the creation and revision of different structural models in software such as SAP 2000 or ETABS, in order to be clear, the requirements of the different elements of a structure and finally different spreadsheets are made that are needed in The network of the structural department, with the purpose of facilitating some office processes and checking the data obtained from the designs made in a particular program.
