Abstract

Es este un pequeño fragmento referido tanto a manifestaciones artísticas como a intervenciones genéticas y tecnológicas, en las cuales el protagonista y objeto es el cuerpo. El primero en repensarse es el hombre, para el cual ha llegado la hora de entender su cuerpo como dispositivo, vehículo y exponente ejemplar, en nuevos ámbitos que intentan mejorar su diseño, controlar catástrofes y a su vez crear otros seres con singularidades excepcionales. Sueños personificados que de una u otra forma, se convierten en reales teratologías y animaciones que dan otra lógica a lo viviente. This is a small piece related to both artistic expressions and genetic and technological interventions, where the body is the main actor and object. Man is the first to be rethought. It is now time for him to understand his body as device, vehicle and exemplary model, in new spheres that search for the improvement of its design, disasters control and the creation of other beings with extraordinary singularities as well; embodied dreams that in one way or the other, become true teratologies and animations which add another logy to the living organism.
