Supervisión, control, alistamiento y entrega del conjunto residencial los robles reserva San Jorge

Abstract

El objetivo de esta práctica fue realizar la labor de Residente Auxiliar de Obra en la construcción del conjunto residencial Los Robles Reserva San Jorge; esta labor comprendía la realización del seguimiento a las torres asignadas por el Director de Obra, lo cual consiste en llevar a cabo un avance de obra detallado de las actividades semanalmente y la actualización del WorkFlow para posteriormente ser mostrado en las reuniones gerenciales; también comprende realizar alistamientos de urbanismo y vivienda programados, mediante la revisión de las viviendas a entregar y su adecuación para que el cliente reciba el inmueble en conformidad y así mismo, lograr los sellos de calidad, lo cual significa un ahorro para la empresa y una buena realización de la labor.

The aim of this practice was to perform functions as a Supervisor Assistant for a Building in the construction of the residential unit Los Robles Reserva San Jorge; this labor consisted in following the progress for the towers assigned by the Director by a detailed advance of work of weekly activities and the WorkFlow updating in order to to be shown in the managerial meetings; these functions also consist in doing the programmed enrollment of urbanism and housing works by the checking of the houses to deliver, preparing them for the client conformity when he receives the property and likewise, to achieve the quality seals which means a money saving for the company and a good accomplishment of the labor.
