Plan de gestión de adquisiciones de la empresa Drywall Tech S.A.S. para el proyecto de construcción distrito 90

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo tuvo como objetivo principal proponer un plan de gestión de adquisiciones que permitiera un proceso de control y seguimiento para el proyecto DISTRITO 90. Para ello se caracterizaron las actividades en cada etapa del proyecto, determinando los materiales a requerir para cada una de ellas y haciendo una relación de los posibles proveedores que puedan suplir los materiales correspondientes. Se identificaron y se clasificaron los proveedores para luego realizar la evaluación utilizando el método MOORA; para esta evaluación fue necesario definir criterios según prioridades de exigencia que la empresa requiere y al final de la evaluación se procedió a la escogencia de los proveedores con los cuales se realizarán las negociaciones. The main objective of this research work was to propose a procurement management plan that would allow a control and monitoring process for the project DISTRITO 90 . For this, the activities in each stage of the project were characterized, determining the materials to be required for each of the them and making a list of possible suppliers that can supply the corresponding materials. Suppliers were identified and classified and then carried out the evaluation using the MOORA method; For this evaluation, it was necessary to define criteria according to the demands that the company requires and at the end of the evaluation, the suppliers with whom the negotiations will be carried out were chosen.
