Diseño y aplicación del procedimiento de despacho de buses a partir de un sistema automático para el registro de pasajeros en Copetran Ltda

Abstract

El desarrollo del siguiente proyecto fue realizado en la Cooperativa Santandereana de Transporte Ltda. con el fin de estudiar el proceso de despachos de buses, debido a que estaba presentando demasiadas demoras y errores que estaban afectando a la empresa. A raíz de eso se hizo un diagnóstico basado en técnicas de estudio del trabajo como el estudio de métodos y de tiempos elaborado por la estudiante de ingeniería industrial Paola Andrea Aldana Vélez, en el cual se identificaron fallas humanas y errores en el desarrollo del proceso, por lo que se propone el desarrollo de un procedimiento como instructivo para los funcionarios y la implementación de lectores de códigos de barras facilitando el proceso de ingreso de tiquetes al sistema y la verificación de pasajeros en la planilla. As a result, a diagnosis was made based on techniques of study work such as the methods study and times study developed by the industrial engineer Paola Andrea Aldana Velez, in which human failures and errors were identified in the development of the process, for this reason wants to purpose the development of an instruction for the officials and the implementation of bar code reader to facilitating the process of entering tickets to the system and verifying passengers in the form.
