Evaluacion de las propiedades de la resistencia al ion cloruro y a la permeabilidad en concretos de 3000 PSI de resistencia

Abstract

En este estudio se realizó el análisis del comportamiento mecánico del concreto por medio de los paramentos de resistencia a la compresión, permeabilidad y penetración del ion cloruro al variar la relación agua/cemento de un diseño de mezcla de un concreto de 3000 PSI con relaciones a/c 0,42, 0,52 y 0,62. El concreto se realizó con cemento hidráulico y agregados de pescadero los cuales se caracterizaron para realizar el diseño de mezcla, a edades de 7, 14 y 28 día, normas para la prueba de la penetración del ion cloruro según la clasificación de la norma ASTM С1202 у раra la permeabilidad según la NTC 4483.

In this study, concrete mechanical behavior analysis was performed whit the parameters of resistance to compression, the permeability and the penetration of the chloride ion were carried out by varying the water / cement ratio of a design of the mixture of the 3000 PSI ant with relations A/C 0.42, 0.52 and 0.62. The concrete was made with hydraulic cement and Pescadero aggregates which were characterized to perform the mix design, the tests were performed at ages of 7, 14 and 28 days, for each of the tests eight samples were used and the results of The tests were analyzed according to the classifications that provide the following standards for the test of chloride ion penetration according to the classification of ASTM C1202 and for permeability according to NTC 4483.
