Seguimiento de ensayos para control de calidad de concretos, aceros y mampostería realizados en SGS- Laboratorios Contecon Urbar S.A.S

Abstract

Esta práctica empresarial tuvo como objetivo principal, realizar el seguimiento de ensayos ejecutados a muestras de concretos, aceros y mampostería en las instalaciones de SGS Laboratorios Contecon Urbar S.A.S y garantizar el cumplimiento del sistema de gestión. En este documento se mencionan las actividades desarrolladas para llevar a cabo dicho seguimiento desde el momento en que se reciben las muestras en el laboratorio hasta la entrega de informes a los cliente, por medio de la ejecución de formatos desarrollados por la empresa, el manejo de sistemas internos (SIMAC, MAMPOSTERÍA), la adecuada ejecución de los ensayos, el análisis de resultados con respecto al cumplimiento de las especificaciones descritas por la norma técnica colombiana (NTC) y la ejecución de informes para entrega satisfactoria al cliente. Además, se mencionan las actividades desarrolladas con respecto al seguimiento de la seguridad industrial para prevenir accidentes y buscar el mejoramiento de las actitudes de los trabajadores al momento de llevar a cabo sus actividades en cada área de trabajo. Finalmente, se obtuvieron conclusiones con respecto al desarrollo de este proyecto y se dieron algunas recomendaciones a tener en cuenta por parte de futuros estudiantes que realicen trabajos similares.

This business practice had as main objective, to carry out the monitoring of trials carried out on concrete, steel and masonry samples at SGS Laboratorios Contecon Urbar S.A.S facilities and to guarantee compliance with the management system. This document mentions the activities developed to carry out this monitoring from the moment the samples are received in the laboratory to the delivery of reports to the clients, through the execution of formats developed by the company, the management of Internal systems (SIMAC, MAMPOSTERÍA), the adequate execution of the trials, the analysis of results with respect to the compliance with the specifications described by the Colombian Technical Standard (NTC) and the execution of reports for satisfactory delivery to the client. In addition, mention is made of the activities carried out with regard to industrial safety monitoring to prevent accidents and seek to improve the attitudes of workers when carrying out their activities in each area of work. Finally, conclusions were obtained regarding the development of this project and some recommendations were given to be taken into account by future students who carry out similar work.
