Sistematización de la Intervención Psicológica desde el enfoque sistémico

Abstract

El presente estudio describe la intervención y tratamiento efectuado a un grupo familiar en el Instituto de Familia y Vida de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Bucaramanga, con una duración de doce sesiones. El objetivo estuvo enfocado en reestructurar el sistema familiar consultante, posibilitando el cambio de los factores que generan mayor influencia en los desequilibrios de las interacciones familiares desde el enfoque sistémico. La terapia se centró en el consultante que se encontraba en edad escolar, con dificultades en el comportamiento en los diferentes contextos como: en el hogar y en el colegio, además, de su grupo familiar conformado por mamá y papá, quienes se les asignaron tareas creativas, como uso de metáforas, fortalecimiento del tiempo libre, análisis de narrativas familiares, connotaciones positivas, redefinición, tareas directas y creativas, tareas paradójicas y tareas basadas en la simulación. Los resultados mostraron un mejoramiento en las relaciones mediante la re significación de los problemas como factores de crecimiento y como búsqueda constante del equilibrio. The current research describes the intervention and treatment carried out to a family group in the Instituto de Familia y Vida (Family and Life Institute) of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana of Bucaramanga during twelve sessions. The objective was focused on restructuring the consulting family system, making it possible to change the factors which generate a higher influence to the imbalances of the family interactions, starting from a theoretical systemic approach. The therapy was centered on the patient aged schoolboy with behavioral difficulties in the different contexts such as: home and school, as also in his or her family group made up by mother and father to whom were assigned creative tasks such as: metaphors use, free time strengthening, family narratives analysis, positive connotations, redefinition, direct and creative tasks, paradoxical tasks and tasks based on simulation. Results showed an improvement for the relationships by means of the resignification of problems as growing factors and as constant research of the balance between the family.
