Abstract
Este artículo explica las herramientas que aporta
el sistema de gestión de calidad (SGC) en las
funciones realizadas por los colaboradores de
UNISALUD Palmira. Se inicia desde el análisis de
los componentes del SGC cuando se evidencia que
existen actividades que motivan al colaborador a
desarrollar un papel importante en la organización,
tomando como retos la adaptación de roles en
liderazgo, mejora continua, toma de decisiones,
enfoque al cliente, enfoque a los procesos y, sobre
todo, la participación de todo el equipo de trabajo
This article explains the tools provided by the system of quality management in the functions performed by the employees of UNISALUD Palmira. It starts from the analysis of the components of the QMS when it is evident that there are activities that motivate the employee to play an important role in the organization, taking as challenges adapting roles in leadership, continuous improvement, decision making fact, focus on processes and especially the participation of the entire team. The analysis of the implementation of the QMS threw that 75% of employees said their experience has been good, and that organizational learning contracts on employees, encouraged to develop mechanisms for self education through the efficient use of resources in each of their jobs
