Diseño De Un Plan Estratégico Para La Gestión En Cooperativas De Servicios De Vigilancia Y Seguridad Privada: Caso, Cooperativa De Vigilancia Coovig CTA

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación plantea un diseño de planeación estratégica para la cooperativa de vigilancia COOVIG CTA, cuyo core del negocio es el de brindar servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada en el municipio de Piedecuesta Santander y a nivel nacional, esta planeación se desarrollará bajo el modelo secuencial del proceso estratégico del Doctor. Fernando D’Alessio basado en la aplicación de las diferentes matrices para analizar de una manera objetiva los factores internos y externos de la organización. En el presente plan se propone a la organización analizar mediante las matrices del modelo secuencial del proceso estratégico y mediante los indicadores del Balanced Score Card (BSC) cada uno de los factores determinantes para la estructuración de la gran estrategia que permita a las directivas de la cooperativa tomar las decisiones más acertadas para lograr los objetivos propuestos y alcanzar las metas y proyecciones en el periodo de tiempo establecido. En el desarrollo del presente trabajo inicialmente se estudiarán y analizarán la información de la compañía para realizar un diagnóstico de los antecedentes conversando con los principales líderes dentro de la compañía, luego de este análisis se analizarán el entorno de la organización y de desarrollar un estudio de la competencia directa de la cooperativa. Finalmente, En el presente plan se propone a la organización analizar mediante las matrices del modelo secuencial del proceso estratégico y mediante los indicadores del Balanced Score Card (BSC) cada uno de los factores determinantes para la estructuración de la gran estrategia que permita a los directivos tomar decisiones para incrementar su participación en el mercado, incrementar sus clientes y permanecer competitivamente en el sector de la vigilancia y seguridad privada. Al finalizar este proyecto se dejarán recomendaciones para el seguimiento del plan estratégico y la toma de decisiones, que le permitan a la cooperativa crecer en el tiempo.

This research work proposes a strategic planning design for the surveillance cooperative COOVIG CTA, whose core business is to provide security and surveillance services in the city of Piedecuesta Santander and at the national level, this planning will be developed under the sequential model of the strategic process of Dr. Fernando D'Alessio based on the application of the different matrices to analyze in an objective way the internal and external factors of the organization. In this plan, the organization is proposed to analyze through the matrices of the sequential model of the strategic process and through the indicators of the Balanced Score Card (BSC) each of the determining factors for the structuring of the grand strategy that allows the directives of the cooperative make the best decisions to achieve the proposed objectives and achieve the goals and projections in the established period of time. In the development of this work, the information of the company will be studied and analyzed before to make a diagnosis of the antecedents by talking with the main leaders of the company, after this analysis the environment of the organization will be analyzed and a study of the direct competence of the cooperative. Finally, in this plan it is proposed that the organization analyze through the matrices of the sequential model of the strategic process and through the indicators of the Balanced Score Card (BSC) each of the determining factors for the structuring of the grand strategy that allows managers to take decisions to increase its market share, increase its clients and remain competitive in the private security and surveillance sector. At the end of this project, recommendations will be left for the monitoring of the strategic plan and decision-making, which will allow the cooperative to grow over time.
