Abstract
La presente investigación se centró en evaluar
el desarrollo administrativo y tecnológico de
las asociaciones en los sectores agroindustrial,
de servicios y financieros en los municipios
risaraldenses de Apia, Belén de Umbría, Mistrato,
Guática, Quinchia, Balboa, La Celia, Santa Rosa y
Pueblo Rico. Para ello se realizó un diagnóstico que
permitiera identificar el estado de desarrollo y los
alcances administrativos y tecnológicos de estas
organizaciones. La metodología fue fundamentada
en una investigación descriptiva, recolectando
información a través de una encuesta y entrevista
aplicada a la población objetivo de estudio,
representada por 30 empresas asociativas.
El trabajo resalta la baja capacidad de
gestión administrativa y tecnológica de dichas
organizaciones, lo que las hace poco competitivas
para los mercados nacionales e internacionales The research focused on assessing the administrative
and technological development of partnerships in the
agribusiness, financial services and municipalities

Guatica, Quinchia, Balboa, La Celia, Santa Rosa and
Pueblo Rico. Performing for this, a diagnosis that
identified the state of development, determining
the administrative and technological achievements
of these organizations. The methodology is based
on a descriptive research, which were used as
data collection instruments, a survey and an
interview with an objective of the study population
represented by 30 companies association.
It is noted in the department of Risaralda that
the administrative structure and technology of
associative processes is playing an important role in
the economic organization of the municipalities and
the community, contributing to the development
of associative networks in agribusiness, financial
services and. The results achieved by allowing
associations to develop strategies for improving their
programs consistent with community and business to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants
of the municipalities surveyed. The work highlights
the low administrative capacity and technology of
these organizations, making them less competitive
for national and international markets
