Diseño de un sistema de control interno para departamento contable de la empresa Gamatelo S.A, basado en la metodología “coso”.

Abstract

La investigación se realizó en la Constructora Gamatelo S.A, con el objetivo de diseñar un sistema de control interno basado en la metodología COSO, que contribuya con el cumplimiento de los objetivos y políticas trazadas en el área contable; La metodología de investigación utilizada fue cualitativa y se llevó a cabo en cuatro fases donde se recolectaron datos, se realizó reconocimiento del entorno, se identificaron los riesgos existentes, se propusieron políticas y procedimientos y finalmente se entregaron conclusiones y recomendaciones a la empresa; logrando con esto cumplir con el objetivo general y específicos de la investigación, con la implementación del diseño propuesto se espera contribuir a la eficiencia y eficacia de las operaciones contables. The investigation was made in the “Constructora Gamatelo S.A” with the objetive of desing a system of internal control based in the methodology COSO, that contributes to the fulfillment of the objectives and policies outlined in the accounting area, the methodology of investigation was used It was qualitative and was carried out in four phases where data is collected, it was realized the recognition of the enviroment, they identified the risks, they were proposed policies and process and finally they were delivered conclusions and recommendations to the company; achieving whit comply whit the objective general and specifics of the investigation because of implement the design proposed expected contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting operations
