Brindar apoyo a la interventoría tecnicontrol para los contratos de las obras de geotecnia de los gasoductos Gibraltar – Bucaramanga y Barrancabermeja – Payoa –Bucaramanga

Abstract

La práctica empresarial se desarrolló con el equipo de Interventoría Tecnicontrol S.A.S, durante el mes de septiembre al mes de enero de 2020, correspondiente a un periodo de cuatro (4) meses; la cual se brindó apoyo a la Interventoría con el fin de hacer seguimiento a las obras de geotecnia de los gasoductos de Promioriente y llevar un control de calidad de las mismas, a partir del cumplimiento a lo expuesto en las Especificaciones Técnicas de Promioriente. De esta manera, durante la práctica se desarrollaron las actividades contempladas en el plan de trabajo, para así alcanzar los objetivos planteados; esto consistía en la revisión de los reportes diarios generados por la Interventoría y Contratistas, donde a partir de estos, se evidenciaban las actividades ejecutadas en el frente de obra junto con el equipo y personal mínimo que se requirió para el desarrollo de las mismas. Así mismo, se realizó un análisis de valor ganado, con el fin de establecer los avances y retrasos que presenta el frente de obra GCHBU_PK 16+637 y así generar la curva S por cortes semanales. En definitiva, este documento evidencia el cumplimiento de lo anterior, junto con las visitas a obra y aportes al conocimiento logrados durante el acompañamiento al proyecto de Promioriente.

The business practice was developed with the team of the auditing Tecnicontrol S.A.S, during the month of September to the month of January 2020, corresponding to a period of four (4) months; which provides support to the auditing in order to follow up the geotechnical works of Promioriente gas pipelines and carry out a quality control of them, from compliance with the provisions in the Technical Specifications of Promioriente. In this way, during the practice the activities contemplated in the work plan were developed, to achieve the objectives set; this consisted in the review of the daily reports generated by the Audit and Contractors, where from these, the activities executed on the work front were evidenced together with the equipment and minimum personnel required for their development. Likewise, an analysis of the corresponding earned value was carried out, in order to establish the progress and delays presented by the GCHBU_PK 16+637 work front with weekly cuts and thus generate the S curve. In short, this document evidences compliance with the above, together with the site visits and contributions to knowledge achieved during the accompaniment of the Promioriente Project.
