Viabilidad para la Creación de un Campo de Mini Golf en la Ciudad de Bucaramanga, Santander

Abstract

El presente proyecto se realizó con el objetivo de conocer la viabilidad para la creación de un campo de mini golf en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Para ello, se realizó un estudio de mercado para recolectar información acerca de los clientes, los competidores y analizar si el servicio que se ofrecerá tendrá altas posibilidades de éxito. En el estudio técnico se consideró el tamaño del proyecto, la localización con su distribución de planta y la caracterización de los servicios que se van a ofrecer. El estudio administrativo para conocer la estructura organizacional de la empresa en la cual se realizó un manual de funciones que resume las responsabilidades de cada trabajador dentro de la organización. Para la parte de legal se tuvieron en cuenta los lineamientos organizacionales para la creación de un campo de mini golf que pudieran dar confiabilidad necesaria en los registros para la iniciación de una empresa en el sector servicios en Colombia. Así mismo, se realizó un análisis detallado para determinar la rentabilidad financiera de la propuesta en un plazo de 5 años asumiendo que la tasa de inflación anual sería del 3% para los siguientes años después del inicio del proyecto. Ambientalmente se tuvo en cuenta el sector en el cual se realizaría el proyecto para proteger el factor biótico y abiótico evitando al máximo los daños que se puedan generar con la creación del mini golf. Socialmente se consideró que el mini golf puede tener un alto impacto social porque es un deporte en el que hay mucha integración entre la gente y en el tema de la salud ayuda mucho a la salud física y mental.

This project was carried out with the objective of knowing the viability for the creation of a mini golf course in the city of Bucaramanga. For this, a market study was conducted to collect information about customers, competitors and analyze whether the service to be offered will have high chances of success. In the technical study the size of the project, the location with its plant distribution and the characterization of the services to be offered were considered. The administrative study to know the organizational structure of the company in which a manual of functions that summarizes the responsibilities of each worker within the organization was made. For the legal part, the organizational guidelines for the creation of a mini-golf course that could provide the necessary reliability in the records for the initiation of a company in the services sector in Colombia were taken into account. Likewise, a detailed analysis was carried out to determine the financial profitability of the proposal within a period of 5 years assuming that the annual inflation rate would be 3% for the following years after the start of the project. Environmentally, the sector in which the project would be carried out was taken into account to protect the biotic and abiotic factor, avoiding to the maximum the damages that can be generated with the creation of the mini golf. Socially it was considered that mini golf can have a high social impact because it is a sport in which there is a lot of integration between people and in the subject of health it helps a lot to physical and mental health.
