Plan de mejoramiento e integración de procesos al manual de funciones para el cargo aprendiz dentro del área comercial colectivos centro del grupo Bancolombia

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad la elaboración y mejoramiento de dos herramientas; generadas a partir del análisis de las actividades realizadas por los aprendices Universitario y Sena del área Comercial Colectivos Centro 2 del Grupo Bancolombia S.A, reconocido como el Banco más grande a Nivel Nacional, área que se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y Cúcuta . De este análisis se procede a realizar un manual de funciones, en el cual se describen las actividades realizadas en el cargo y se complementa el manual de procesos diseñado parcialmente por uno de los Aprendices del área; este manual presenta en detalle cada una de las funciones, las cuales encuentran descritas paso a paso con imágenes, ilustrando así cada proceso y facilitando su comprensión. La creación de estas herramientas busca disminuir el porcentaje de error del nuevo aprendiz en su etapa inducción y aprendizaje, con lo cual se busca también minimizar las devoluciones en estos procesos. Por otra parte, se plantean dos indicadores, los cuales se establecen a partir de la experiencia en el área, pues se evidencia que son actividades repetitivas que se deberían evitar ya que ocasionan pérdidas económicas, retrasos en los tiempos de servicio pactado con las empresas y reduce la oportunidad de los cierres de venta, la cual es una variable medible en los resultados de los gestores.

The purpose of this project is the development and improvement of two tools; generated from the analysis of the activities carried out by the University and Sena apprentices of the Centro 2 Collective Commercial Area of Grupo Bancolombia S.A, recognized as the largest Bank at the National Level, an area that is located in the city of Bucaramanga and Cúcuta. This analysis proceeds to perform a manual of functions, which describes the activities carried out in the position and complements the process manual designed partially by one of the Apprentices in the area; This manual presents in detail each of the functions, which are described step by step with images, thus illustrating each process and facilitating its understanding. The creation of these tools seeks to reduce the percentage of error of the new apprentice in its induction and learning stage, which also seeks to minimize returns in these processes. On the other hand, two indicators are proposed, which are established based on experience in the area, since it is evident that they are repetitive activities that should be avoided since they cause economic losses, delays in the times of service agreed with companies and reduces the opportunity of sales closures, which is a measurable variable in the results of managers.
