Propuesta para el mejoramiento de los procesos productivos de la empresa Accesorios Tejidos

Abstract

El presente trabajo propone una nueva distribución de planta para la empresa Accesorios Tejido debido a la necesidad que esta presenta por tener unos procesos más eficientes y productivos que le permitan posicionarse dentro del mercado. Con este objetivo se realizaron diferentes visitas y se sostuvieron algunas reuniones junto con la alta gerencia para identificar cuáles son las principales fallas dentro del proceso que presenta la empresa y con base en esto se realizó un diagnóstico inicial, seguidamente, se tomaron los tiempos actuales para la fabricación del producto y finalmente, se propuso una nueva distribución de planta con base en los resultados obtenidos por medio del método Westinghouse The present work proposes a new plant distribution for the company Tejido Accessories due to the need that this presents for having more efficient and productive processes that allow it to position itself within the market. With this objective different visits were made and some meetings were held together with senior management to identify which are the main faults within the process presented by the company and based on this initial diagnosis, then current operational times to manufacture the product were taken. Finally, a new plant distributionwas proposed based on the results obtained through the Westinghouse method
