Estandarización en la gestión de novedades de tiempos Regional Central de Ecopetrol S.A

Abstract

La práctica empresarial realizada en la vicepresidencia de talento humano de la compañía Ecopetrol S.A. tiene como objetivo general estandarizar la gestión de novedades de tiempos de la regional central mediante la generación de herramientas de apoyo y la documentación completa de todos los conceptos legales y normativos que aplican a la empresa para este tema. Para alcanzar éste objetivo se ejecutaron cuatro fases, la primera es la documentación de la información acerca de las jornadas laborales partiendo del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y la normativa interna de Ecopetrol S.A.; la siguiente fase es la creación de una herramienta que contiene la ubicación física y el turno laboral de cada trabajador de la regional apoyada en el sistema de información SAP; la tercera fase es la codificación de un programa que calcula las horas correspondientes a cada concepto de novedad de tiempos realizando la liquidación de los pagos adicionales respectivos mediante el lenguaje de programación Visual Basic; y finalmente, la fase de comunicación a los profesionales integrales de talento humano de la regional mediante talleres programados. Una vez ejecutadas las fases del presente proyecto se ha podido observar fundamentalmente que la estandarización alcanzada ha permitido tener disponibilidad de la información fundamental de aproximadamente 3.000 trabajadores y ha logrado disminuir en más del 98% el tiempo de cálculo de liquidaciones de turnos, mientras que antes tardaba de 30 a 120 minutos, actualmente se tarda en promedio 2 minutos arrojando resultados confiables.

The business practice carried out in the vice-presidency of human talent of the company Ecopetrol S.A. Its general objective is to standardize the news management of the central regional time by generating support tools and complete documentation of all the legal and regulatory concepts that apply to the company for this topic. To achieve this objective, four phases were executed, the first one is the documentation of the information about the working days starting from the Labor Substantive Code and the internal regulations of Ecopetrol SA; the next phase is the creation of a tool that contains the location physical and the work shift of each worker of the regional supported in the SAP information system; the third phase is the coding of a program that calculates the hours corresponding to each concept of time novelty making the settlement of the respective additional payments through the Visual Basic programming language; and finally, the communication phase to the integral professionals of human talent of the regional through programmed workshops. Once the phases of the present project have been carried out, it has been observed that the standardization achieved has made it possible to have availability of the fundamental information of approximately 3,000 workers and has been able to reduce the time for calculating the payment of shifts by more than 90%, whereas before It took 30 to 120 minutes, now it takes an average of 2 minutes giving reliable results
