Acciones a implementar para reducir la accidentalidad en la vía Piedecuesta - Curos

Abstract

Se llevó a cabo el registro y control de obra mediante el sistema de gestión integrado (SGI) en la obra de control de erosión mediante la implementación de pantallas ancladas en los barrios Santander y Provenza, que consta de tres sistemas, sistema de calidad, sistema ambiental y sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Se ejecutó en obra de estos sistemas los procedimientos de ejecución de obra, maquinaria y equipos, plan de calidad, gestión humana, compras y almacenamiento y seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Dentro de estos procedimientos se encontraban los formatos mediante los cuales se llevaba el registro periódicamente de las actividades de obra y el modo de diligenciarlos estaba dado por los mismos procedimientos en el momento en que se hizo uso de este sistema los cambios fueron notables, los pedidos solo se realizaban una vez por semana, y se llevó un mejor control de materiales, personal y maquinaria. Todo esto si se implementa tal y como está expuesto en el sistema SGI brindo orden y calidad a el proyecto de control de erosión en el barrio Santander.
