Los derechos de las víctimas para la reconciliación nacional

Abstract

Las víctimas del conflicto colombiano, y en general nuestra sociedad requiere el cumplimento de los derechos a la verdad, la justicia y la reparación integral con garantías de no repetición, para poder seguir un camino hacia la reconciliación nacional. Son estándares internacionales que están comprendidos en el Bloque de Constitucionalidad y en esa medida el Estado está obligado a cumplirlos. The victims of the colombian conflict, and in general our society needs this laws to the true, to the justice and to the integral reparation, with warranties of no repetition, to continue a way to a national reconciliation. They are international standards considered in the constitutional block that the State has obligated.
