| spa |
dc.description.abstract | Richard Rorty approaches the subject of the Human Rights from a pragmatic position with the intention to extend its explanation exceeds what denominates the “moral progress”; he considers them like a profit of the West in the consolidation of an inclusive community, a Human Rights Culture. However John Rawls, in spite of agreeing with some pragmatic ideas, considers the Human Rights from a consensual paradigm or a contractualism, trying to consolidate a law of peoples like condition for a universal social contract; showing its interest to extend the application of its theory of justice to nonliberal societies. | spa |
