Diseño e implementación de un modelo organizacional aplicado a la empresa MR ingenieros LTDA para proyectos de ingenieria logrando un sistema integrado de gestión, basados en las normas ISO 9001:2000 y OHSAS 18001:2007 e ISO 14001:2004

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado trata sobre el diseño e implementación de un modelo organizacional aplicado a la empresa MR Ingenieros LTDA. Logrando un sistema integrado de gestión, basado en las normas ISO 9001: 2000 , OHSAS 18001: 2007 e ISO 14001: 2004. Básicamente lo que se persiguió con este proyecto fue diseñar un método para integrar documentalmente los tres Sistemas de Gestión de MR Ingenieros LTDA. Este objetivo del proyecto se logró de la siguiente forma: En primer término, se llevó a cabo un diagnostico del SIG de la organización con el fin de sentar las bases de un proceso de planeación del sistema. En este sentido, se determinaron las condiciones del sistema de gestión actual, con lo cual se encontraron elementos para estructurar la planeación del sistema para su posterior implementación. Seguidamente, como segunda fase en el trabajo de grado, se diseñó el método de Sistema Integrado de Gestión, el cual se basó en el ciclo PHVA y que se constituye en parte fundamental del trabajo de grado. Esta etapa es donde se realizó la integración documental del SIG. En tercer término, hay que mencionar que se realizó un proceso de sensibilización al recurso humano de MR INGENIEROS. Es importante señalar que los procesos de sensibilización facilitaron los cambios que se presentaron en la organización. Ahora bien, como cuarto punto se llevó a cabo una implementación OSHAS 18001 en donde se realizaron los diferentes documentos requeridos para la implementación de la norma.

This degree work is based upon the design and implementation of an organizational model applied to the enterprise MR INGENIEROS LTDA. an integrated management system based on ISO 9001: 2000, OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO 14001: 2004. Basically what we are pursuing this project to design a method to integrate documentary Management Systems ISO 14000 and ISO 18000 to ISO 9001 MR INGENIEROS LTDA. This goal’s project was achieved as follows: First, it was conducted a diagnosis of integrated system in the organization in order to lay the foundations for a process planning system. In this case, it was determined the conditions of current management system, which was planning to organize the elements of the system and its subsequent implementation. Then, as a second phase in the degree work, it was set out the structure of the Integrated System, which was based on the cycle PHVA and constitutes a fundamental part of the degree work. This stage is where the integration of Integrated System documentary, which was shown in the manufacturer's quality system. Thirdly, there was a process of sensitization of human resource inside MR INGENIEROS LTDA in order to make them aware of the process that took place in the company. Importantly, the processes of awareness facilitated changes in the organization. Now, as the fourth point was carried out an implementation of GIS which includes programs, training, the manual system, policies and documents required for implementation of the system. 1/2 Finally, this degree work was carried out a verification process to the management system to ensure that what was being raised and structured under the best possible way. Also, as a result of the verification process were permitted to make findings on the system improvements. It is important to mention that the check was carried out through internal auditing system.
