Práctica empresarial en Transport Logistics Service Ltda. como coordinador de despachos internacionales y aplicación de plan Vallejo para las empresas exportadoras

Abstract

En la época actual las exportaciones en Colombia se han caracterizado por la necesidad de disponer de información actualizada y oportuna, a partir de la cual los agentes económicos pueden tomar las decisiones que se requieren en un mundo cada vez más competitivo y globalizado de la economía. El proceso de Globalización de la economía hace necesario propender por trámites sencillos pero a la vez eficaces, con el objetivo de brindar a los exportadores mejores condiciones de competitividad con miras hacia el fortalecimiento de los mercados internacionales, para esto el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior en colaboración con la DIAN han implantado la flexibilización de los tramites, información relacionadas con requisitos y condiciones del Comercio Exterior a través de los sistemas que han obtenido la reducción de costos y tiempo permitiendo operar en forma eficiente. Las actividades, servicios o trámites que se requieren en cada paso del proceso exportador requieren del transporte como parte fundamental de la logística internacional del traslado de la carga del lugar de fabricación hacia el de consumo con el fin de minimizar costos y tiempo logrando una mayor rentabilidad y convirtiendo a Colombia en una nación competitiva y exportadora. Con el proyecto se pretende adquirir experiencia en la Logística de transporte Internacional, en importaciones y exportaciones, aplicando los conceptos básicos de negocios internacionales desarrollados durante la carrera incursionando a su vez en el ambiente laboral mediante la práctica empresarial; lograr un manejo claro y adecuado del programa Plan Vallejo para las empresas productoras y exportadoras. Las actividades que se desarrollaron durante la Practica Empresarial estuvieron controladas y autorizadas por un supervisor asignado por la empresa, que a la vez cumplió con el entrenamiento necesario para el buen desarrollo de las actividades planteadas.

The activities, services or proceedings that are required in each passage of the exporting process require of the transport as it leaves fundamental from logistic the international of the transfer of the load of the manufacture place for the one of consumption with the purpose of diminishing costs and time obtaining a greater yield and turning to Colombia a competitive and exporting nation. With the project it is tried to acquire Logistic experience in of transport the International, in imports and exports, applying the basic concepts of developed international businesses during the race incursion as well in the labor atmosphere by means of the enterprise practice; to obtain a clear and suitable handling of the program Plan Vallejo for the producing and exporting companies. The activities that were developed during Enterprise Practice were controlled and authorized by a supervisor assigned by the company, that simultaneously fulfilled the necessary training for the good development of the raised activities
