Apoyo en la formulación y seguimiento de proyectos en el municipio de San Vicente de Chucurí

Abstract

La práctica empresarial se desarrolló en la secretaría de planeación e infraestructura del municipio de San Vicente de Chucuri. Durante un periodo de cinco meses se apoyó la formulación y seguimiento de los proyectos presentados ante el estado. La administración trabaja a partir de los parámetros dictaminados en el plan de desarrollo "San Vicente Somos todos 2016-2019. A través del afianzamiento en conceptos adquiridos durante el pregrado y la estancia en la administración municipal, se desempeñó un papel de apoyo en todas las actividades dispuestas para las etapas de formulación, contratación y seguimiento de un proyecto. Los principales insumos de trabajo durante la práctica fueron la metodología general ajustada y el aplicativo SUIFP. Cada una de estas plataformas virtuales presenta los parámetros establecidos por las entidades estatales en materia de formulación y seguimiento. La procedencia de los recursos entregados para la ejecución de un proyecto cambia algunos de sus aspectos durante la etapa de formulación. Se trabajaron las metodologías establecidas para la asignación proveniente del sistema general de regalías, recursos propios, y sistema general de participación. Tener la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia dentro de la parte administrativa genera un panorama más global de todos los roles de trabajo adquiridos por un ingeniero civil.

The business practice was developed in the planning and infrastructure secretariat of the municipality of San Vicente de Chucuri. For a period of five months, the formulation and follow-up of the projects submitted to the State were supported. Through the strengthening of the knowledge acquired during the undergraduate studies and the internship at the municipal administration, a supporting role in all the activities arranged for the stages of formulation, recruitment and follow up of the project, was played. The source of the resources delivered for the execution of a project changes some of its aspects during the formulation stage. We worked on the methodologies established for the allocation from the general system of royalties, own resources, and the general system of participation. Having the opportunity to acquire experience within the administrative part generates a more global panorama of all the work roles acquired by a civil engineer.
