Factores determinantes de la calidad del hábitat en el desarrollo de proyectos de vivienda de interés social

Abstract

A nivel nacional e internacional la realización de proyectos para la construcción de Viviendas de interés social ha incrementado de forma considerable, no obstante, dichos proyectos se han caracterizado por contar con viviendas ausentes de adecuadas condiciones de habitabilidad, situación que ha dificultado a sus habitantes el llevar un libre desarrollo, escenario que no debería tener lugar en ningún hogar, ya que sin importar el costo que tenga una vivienda ésta siempre debe contar con las condiciones adecuadas que contribuyan al desarrollo de las personas. En la elaboración de esta monografía buscamos a través de la revisión y análisis bibliográfico de documentos de distintos autores, poder recuperar y recopilar los factores determinantes y de mayor relevancia que garanticen unas adecuadas condiciones de la calidad del hábitat al momento de ejecutar todo proyecto VIS, llegando a la elaboración de una lista de chequeo que incluya los factores más determinantes de la calidad del hábitat, para su estudio y valoración con la ayuda de una guía técnica para la medición y verificación del cumplimientos de estos buscando garantizar un estándar mínimo de calidad de la vivienda VIS y de esta manera poder conocer a identificar aspectos determinantes para el diseño urbanístico y arquitectónico de todo proyecto de vivienda de interés social.

At the national and international level, the realization of projects for the construction of social housing has increased considerably, however, these projects have been characterized by having absent dwellings with adequate living conditions, a situation that has made it difficult for its inhabitants to lead a free development, scenario that should not take place in any home, because regardless of the cost of a home, it must always have the right conditions that contribute to the development of people. In the preparation of this monograph we seek through the review and bibliographic analysis of documents of different authors, to recover and collect the most relevant and determining factors that guarantee adequate conditions of habitat quality at the time of executing all VIS projects, arriving at the elaboration of a checklist that includes the most determinant factors of the quality of the habitat, for its study and valuation with the help of a technical guide for the measurement and verification of the fulfillments of these seeking to guarantee a minimum standard of quality of VIS housing and in this way to know how to identify the determining aspects for the urban and architectural design of all housing projects of social interest.
