Diagnóstico ambiental y formulación de programas y alternativas para el manejo ambiental en la Empresa Penagos Hermanos y CIA LTDA

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar el diagnóstico ambiental inicial, un proceso de análisis de la realidad actual, el cual permite determinar el estado real de la empresa, en él se recolecta toda la información relacionada con las actividades y procesos productivos que pueden ocasionar afectación directa o indirecta al medio ambiente. Por ello se realizaron recorridos en la planta de producción de Penagos Hermanos y Cía. Ltda. para identificar y describir los inconvenientes asociados a los diferentes aspectos ambientales, establecer las condiciones actuales en relación al manejo integral de los mismos y su respectiva gestión, y posteriormente determinar cómo se sitúa la organización frente a la temática ambiental. Con base en los resultados y en el análisis de la información consolidada en el diagnóstico de la gestión actual, se formulan programas y alternativas para el manejo ambiental adecuado dentro de la organización, se tiene como finalidad la creación de propuestas dirigidas a resolver determinadas situaciones con oportunidades de mejora, para empezar a actuar sobre las actividades y/o procesos que presenten debilidades en materia ambiental y poder dar cumplimiento con los requisitos normativos aplicables a la organización según la normatividad legal vigente.

The objective of this work was to carry out the initial environmental diagnostics, a process of analysis of the current reality, which allows you to determine the actual status of the company, it collects all the information related to the activities and processes which can cause direct or indirect involvement to the environment. Therefore route were conducted in the plant for the production of Penagos Hermanos and Cla. Ltda., to identify and describe the drawbacks associated with the various environmental aspects, to establish the current conditions in relation to the comprehensive management of the same and their respective management, and then determine how this fits the organization in the facing of environmental issues. With base in the results and in the analysis of the information consolidated in the diagnosis of the current management, programs and alternatives are formulated for the environmental managing adapted inside the organization, the creation of offers is had as purpose directed to solving certain situations with opportunities of improvement, to start acting on the activities and/or processes that present weaknesses in environmental matter and being able to give fulfillment with the normative requirements applicable to the organization according to the legal regulation.
