Soporte del sistema de gestión HSEQ para la Empresa Covolco

Abstract

Con la práctica empresarial realizada en el departamento HSEQ de Covolco durante 1 de diciembre de 2008 hasta 31 de mayo de 2009, se pretendía brindar soporte al sistema de gestión HSEQ, con el fin de lograr certificar la empresa en las normas: ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 e ISO 14001:2004; la metodología utilizada fue descriptiva porque el nivel de investigación se orientó a describir el comportamiento de las variables de estudio; además la información se obtuvo mediante la aplicación de los instrumentos de recolección que fueron diseñados durante la práctica. Toda la información recolectada fue utilizada para documentar el sistema de gestión HSEQ. Fue posible conocer durante la práctica, que para la implementación de un sistema de gestión HSEQ es necesario, el compromiso de la organización y de todo el personal que compone la empresa; de igual forma, la implementación de este tipo de sistema de gestión brinda una ventaja competitiva para las empresas que la implementan sobre la competencia. Finalmente, se concluyó, que para lograr mantener el sistema de gestión en Covolco, se necesita crear conciencia en los asociados de la empresa dueños de los vehículos, con el fin de lograr cumplir con los compromisos adquiridos tanto con los clientes como con el ente certificador en materia ambiental, de igual manera se identificó la necesidad de implementar un puesto de control sobre la vía con el fin, de prevenir fallas de seguridad en las diferentes etapas de la operación, prestando un mejor servicio a los clientes de Covolco.

With business practices in the HSEQ department of Covolco during December 1, 2008 until May 31, 2009, was intended to provide support to the HSEQ management system in order to certify the company in achieving the standards: ISO 9001:2008 , OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004, the methodology used was descriptive because the level of research was orientated to describe the behavior of the study variables as well the information was obtained through the application of collection instruments that were designed during the practice. All information collected was used to document the HSEQ management system. It was possible to know during practice, for the implementation of HSEQ management system is necessary, the commitment of the organization and of the whole personnel that composes the company, the same way, the implementation of this type of management system provides a competitive advantage for companies that implement it on the competition. Finally, it was concluded that to keep the system of management in Covolco, needs to create awareness among the partners of the company owners of the vehicles, to ensure compliance with the commitments made to customers both as the certifying body on the environment, similarly identified the need to implement a checkpoint on the road in order to prevent security flaws in various stages of operation, providing a better service to customers Covolco.
