Elaboración del plan de emergencias para la empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bucaramanga S.A. E.S.P Telebucaramanga, sede Central - Centro

Abstract

Ofrecerles un ambiente laboral seguro a los empleados se ha convertido en una prioridad para las empresas, no solo por la normativa que se ha implementado sino también por los incidentes lamentables que se han presentado a lo largo del tiempo por falta de medidas mínimas de seguridad. De acuerdo con lo anterior, es de preocupación para Telebucaramanga S.A. E.S.P implementar un plan de emergencias aplicado a cada una de sus sedes, el cual le brinde a sus visitantes y trabajadores los procedimientos adecuados, con los cuales puedan dar una respuesta oportuna ante cualquier situación de emergencia presentada. Para conseguir este objetivo, se llevó a cabo el presente trabajo de grado. Se inició con un análisis de los posibles riesgo que puede enfrentar central centro y se formularon medidas para mitigar los efectos de dichos riesgos. Se logró establecer la ruta de evacuación óptima, por donde es posible abandonar la sede de manera rápida y segura. Se conformó el grupo de coordinadores de evacuación, quienes se encargan de asegurar que todas las personas salgan de la sede luego de haberse dado la orden de evacuación; También se realizó el modelo de funciones de los miembros que pertenecen al comité de gestión del riesgo, en donde se muestran las responsabilidades y tareas que cada uno de ellos deben asumir. Finalmente se dieron unas recomendaciones para socializar el contenido del plan de emergencias a todo el personal de la sede, con el fin de que tengan el conocimiento de cómo actuar frente a determinada emergencia y así poner a salvo sus vidas.

In agreement with the previous thing, it is of worry for Telebucaramanga S.A. E.S.P to implement an emergency plan applied to each of his headquarters, which offers to his visitors and workers the suitable procedures, with which they could give an opportune response before any situation of presented emergency. To obtain this aim, this work was carried out. This began with an analysis of possible risk that can face head the office to formulate and measures were formulated that mitigate the effects of the above mentioned risks. It was achieved to establish the route of ideal evacuation, where it is possible to leave the headquarters of a rapid and sure way. It was conformed the group of coordinators of evacuation, who take charge assuring that all the persons should go out of the headquarters after having given them the order of evacuation; Also there carried out the model of functions of the members who belong to the committee of management of the risk, where there appear the responsibilities and tasks that each of them must assume. Finally they gave to themselves a few recommendations to socialize the content of the emergency plan to the whole personnel of the headquarters, in order which they have the knowledge of how to act opposite to certain emergency and this way put to except their lives.
