Estrategias de Promoción y Divulgración de la Facultad de Ingenieria Informática de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana Seccional Bucaramanga, Mediante la Aplicación del Concurso ¿Qué tanto Sabes de Informática? Y la Capacitación de Docentes en la Plataforma MOODLE

Abstract

Este documento contiene el informe final de la práctica empresarial realizada en la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana seccional Bucaramanga, que consistió en la implementación de estrategias de promoción y divulgación de la facultad de ingeniería informática mediante la aplicación del concurso ¿Qué tanto sabes de informática? en diferentes colegios del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga y la capacitación básica en la plataforma moodle a docentes interesados de los colegios visitados. El proyecto está dividido en 5 etapas donde se menciona lo hecho para la realización de cada objetivo de esta práctica, la primera etapa de actualización del concurso ¿Qué tanto sabes de informática?; la segunda etapa de visita a los colegios; la tercera etapa de realización del concurso; la cuarta etapa de aplicación y análisis de la encuesta y la quinta etapa de oferta del curso de capacitación para profesores. Al final se anexa un manual de configuración del servidor moodle a modo de administrador, para facilitar el acceso a los docentes de los colegios el servicio en el servidor Portalinfo existente en la facultad. This document contains the final report of the business practice carried out at the Pontificia Bolivariana University in Bucaramanga. This was to employ strategies for the promotion and publishing of the faculty of computer engineering throughout the application of the contest? How much do you know about informatics?. This was applied to different schools of the metropolitan area and the basic training at the Moodle platform for teachers of the schools visited. The project is divided into 5 stages. It mentions the process to achieve each objective of this practice, first phase was a software updating the contest Chow much do you know about informatics?; the second stage involved the visit which were invited to participate in the contest; the third stage was based on the contest itself; the fourth stage was based in the implementation, and analysis of survey; the fifth stage involved some training was carried out at the university for teachers from the institutions participating in the competition. At the end, a manual appears to set up the moodle server, therefore, the teachers were requested to attend a workshop to learn the Moodle platform in the existing server: Portalinfo.
