Plan de seguimiento, avance y optimización de obra

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza el tiempo empleado para desarrollar las diferentes actividades relacionadas principalmente con el avance en mampostería, friso, mortero y enchape, definiendo el tiempo empleado en ellas, con el fin de analizar estos periodos para discutir y resolver las causas que evitan el desarrollo óptimo en las actividades de mampostería, friso, mortero y enchape de cada apartamento y pasillo previo a construir. El objetivo principal de la práctica empresarial fue ejecutar un seguimiento en las obras: Premium Gold, edificio en etapa de terminación estructural, donde se inició y registró la toma de rendimientos a las actividades de mampostería, friso, mortero y enchape. Millenium, edificio en etapa de excavación y cimentación en el cual se inspeccionó y registró en el libro de obra, el hierro usado para la cimentación, según los planos estructurales. Por lo tanto, el presente informe tiene como finalidad describir las actividades realizadas para la Constructora Innova S.A.S que llevaron al cumpliendo del objetivo principal de la práctica empresarial. Constructora Innova S.A.S fundada en el año 2008, tiene como principal propósito, por medio de la construcción, brindar por el compromiso de satisfacer las necesidades de sus clientes, generando bienestar y calidad. Como resultado se obtuvo un rendimiento acertado en las actividades de mampostería, friso, mortero y enchape, junto con un registro fotográfico en el cual se evidencio diariamente el progreso de las actividades descritas. Se estableció límites en la entrega de material para las actividades de mampostería, friso, mortero y enchape construcción, con base en un rendimiento anteriormente estudiado y revisado, evitando la perdida de material por exceso de preparación de este.

In this work the time used to develop the different activities related mainly to the progress in masonry, frieze, mortar and veneer is analyzed. Defining the time spent in them, in order to analyze these periods to discuss and solve the causes that prevent optimal development in the masonry, frieze, mortar and veneer activities of each apartment and hall before building. The main objective of the business practice was to follow-up on the works: Premium Gold, a building in the stage of structural completion, where the taking of yields to the masonry, frieze, mortar and enchape activities was initiated and recorded. Millenium, a building in the excavation and foundation stage in which the iron used for the foundation was inspected and recorded in the construction book, according to the structural plans. Therefore, the purpose of this report is to describe the activities carried out for the Constructora Innova S.A.S that led to the fulfillment of the main objective of business practice. Constructora Innova S.A.S, founded in 2008, has the main purpose, through construction, to provide a commitment to meet the needs of its customers, generating wellbeing and quality. As a result, a successful performance was obtained in the masonry, frieze, mortar and veneer activities, together with a photographic record in which the progress of the activities described was evidenced daily. Limits were established in the delivery of material for the activities of masonry, frieze, mortar and veneer construction, based on a performance previously studied and revised, avoiding the loss of material due to excess preparation of this.
