Propuesta para la reestructuración de los equipos de mejoramiento continuo de la Clínica Chicamocha S.A

Abstract

Este Proyecto de grado en la modalidad de pasantía es aplicado en la Clínica Chicamocha S.A., en el cual reestructurar los Equipos de Mejoramiento Continuo dirigido a los coordinadores de todas las áreas, con el fin de promover el liderazgo y el trabajo en equipo a través de diferentes estrategias comunicativas. El siguiente proyecto pretende realizar un estudio de carácter exploratoriodescriptivo sobre el manejo que cada coordinador hace en las reuniones llevada a cabo con su equipo primario de la clínica Chicamocha, para identificar si las características y desarrollo del mismo, cumple con lo establecido por los círculos de calidad. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron herramientas del enfoque mixto, donde lo cuantitativo ayudó a realizar un estudio objetivo estructurado, el cual permitió escoger, la entrevista y observación como instrumento para recolectar la información, y así proceder al análisis de resultados el cual contribuyó al diseño y puesta en marcha de las diferentes estrategias comunicativas que dieron resultados positivos y que fueron medidos gracias al estudio cualitativo que permitió verificar lo aplicado a los diversos coordinadores de todas las áreas de la Clínica Chicamocha. El proyecto contó con tres fases en las cuales se desarrollaron diferentes actividades que fueron de ayuda para llevar a cabo la fase de evaluación. Finalmente los resultados obtenidos en el desarrollo del proyecto fueron positivos en la medida que se alcance de cumplir con lo planteado y lo cual es reflejado en la encuesta final.

This Project of degree in the modality of internship is applied in the Clinic Chicamocha S.A., in which to restructure the Equipments of Constant Improvement directed the coordinators of all the areas, in order to promote the leadership and the teamwork across different communicative strategies. The following project tries to realize a study of exploratory - descriptive character on the managing that every coordinator does in the meetings carried out with his primary equipment of the clinic Chicamocha, to identify if the characteristics and development of the same one, it expires with the established for the quality circles. For the compilation of information there were in use tools of the mixed approach, where the quantitative thing helped to realize an objective constructed study, which allowed to choose, the interview and observation as instrument to gather the information, and this way to proceed to the analysis of results which contributed to the design and putting in march of the different communicative strategies that gave positive results and that were measured thanks to the qualitative study that allowed to check applied the diverse coordinators of all the areas of the Clinic Chicamocha. The project relied on three phases in which there developed different activities that were of help to carry out the phase of evaluation. Finally the results obtained in the development of the project were positive in the measure that is reached of expiring with the raised and which is reflected in the final survey.
