Práctica empresarial auxiliar de ingeniería de andamios Anderson de Colombia LTDA

Abstract

Las labores realizadas como estudiante en práctica, inicia con la respectiva capacitación sobre un sistema de andamio diferente al convencional. Se trata del Sistema de Andamios tipo Cup-Lock ó Copa Cerrada. Con ésta capacitación se conoce el sistema, cada uno de los elementos ó piezas que lo componen y la funcionalidad del mismo. Teniendo claro el sistema de andamio y el funcionamiento de la empresa, se tiene la oportunidad de ingresar a laborar dentro de la Refinería y conocer el trabajo que realiza la empresa Andamios Anderson de Colombia Ltda., dentro de la misma. También se tuvo la oportunidad de identificar los trabajos de Ingeniería en cada una de sus áreas. El estudiante en práctica asiste a las Paradas de Planta en la Refinería Ecopetrol, bajo la normatividad de Ecopetrol, teniendo en cuenta los requisitos que se necesitan para poder realizar trabajos dentro de la Refinería, apoyando al equipo de trabajo en la parte de suministro y control del material de andamios y elementos de protección personal, asistencia a reuniones, supervisión de los trabajos realizados y los cortes de obra para el respectivo cobro del servicio. En éste tipo de trabajo se aprende a realizar trabajo en equipo, se adquiriere conocimientos de profesionales de todas las áreas los cuales hacen parte de los equipos de trabajo de las diferentes empresas que laboran en una Parada de Planta, ya que éstas, involucran personal profesional altamente calificado. También se identificó la terminología utilizada en éste tipo de trabajo y la forma de comunicación entre las partes. Terminadas las Paradas de Planta en la Refinería, el estudiante en práctica inicia labor en obra civil en la construcción del Hotel “City Park” realizando el suministro y llevando el control de los materiales de construcción; acorde con esto se debía realizar los cortes de obra y presentación de informes de avance de la misma. Las labores antes mencionadas se realizaron junto a diferentes labores administrativas adquiridas.

The activities made as a student in practice, initiate with the respective training about a scaffold system different from the conventional one. This is, the Cup-Lock Scaffolds System type or Closed cup. With this training, the system, each one of the elements or pieces that compose it and its functionality are known .Understanding clearly the scaffold system and the operation of the company, the opportunity to join the company, work in the Refinery and know the work that Andamios Anderson de Colombia Ltda company makes is given. Also the opportunity led to identify the works of Engineering in each one of its areas. The student in practice attends the plant stoppages in Ecopetrol refinery, under the normativity of Ecopetrol, considering the requirements that are needed to be able to make works within the Refinery, supporting the work team in provision and material scaffolds control, elements of personal protection, attendance to meetings, supervision of the Works made and the work cuts for the respective collection of the service. In this one type of work, it is learned how to work in teams and knowledge of professionals of all the areas is also acquired which is part of the teamwork of the different companies that work in a Plant stoppage, because it involves high qualified professional personnel. The terminology used in this kind of work and the form of communication between the parts was also identified. Finished the Plant stoppages in the Refinery, the student in practice initiates civil work in the construction of the “City Park hotel”, making the provision and taking the control of the construction equipments; agreed with this one was due to make the work cuts and presentation of advance reports . The workings mentioned before were made next to different acquired administrative workings.
