Estudio de viabilidad para la creación de un centro de diagnóstico automotriz de motocicletas en el municipio de Lebrija, Santander

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como fundamento determinar la viabilidad para la creación de un Centro de Diagnóstico Automotriz (CDA) en el municipio de Lebrija, Santander. Por este motivo el presente estudio se direccionó hacia el estudio y análisis de los diferentes factores que influyen directamente en la consecución del mismo como son los factores técnicos, legales, administrativos, financieros, sociales, y ambientales. En la investigación el método utilizado es el inductivo, puesto que se pretende obtener una conclusión general a partir de la observación, análisis y clasificación de los hechos que motivaron la implementación de un CDA exclusivo para motocicletas en el municipio de Lebrija ya que no existe ninguno. Según la Alcaldía de Lebrija, Santander (2014), más del 50% de los vehículos que transitan por la localidad son motocicletas. De ahí que, la creación de un CDA contribuirá al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los habitantes, quienes evitarán desplazarse largas distancias para realizar la revisión técnico-mecánica y emisión de gases contaminantes (RTMyEC) que la ley obliga a realizar a todas las motocicletas a partir del segundo año de su matrícula. Además de lo anterior, el CDA traerá otros beneficios para la comunidad como la creación de empleo directo y disminución de la emisión de los gases contaminantes que afectan la salud y el bienestar de todos los habitantes del sector.

The present research project has been based on the viability for the creation of a vehicle diagnostic center (CDA) in the municipality of Lebrija, Santander. To get the results, it was necessary to make an analysis about the different social, legal, environmental, economic and financial factor which become the bases of its creation. The method used in this research is the inductive method since the most important thing is to get a general conclusion from the observation, analysis and classification of all the facts which motivated the implementation of a CDA exclusive for motorcycles in Lebrija because there is no this service there. According to the Feasibility Study made by Secretary of transportation of this municipality, more than 50% of the vehicles that circulate through the town are motorcycles. That's why, the creation of the CDA contributes to the improvement of the people life quality, who will avoid traveling long distances to do the mechanical inspection and emission testing of gas (RTMyEC) that the law makes people do to all motorcycles from the second year. In the other hand, the CDA will bring different benefits to the community such as the creation of direct employment and reduction of the emission of polluting gases that affect the human health and well-being of all people of the sector.
