Planificación del sistema de gestión ambiental bajo los requisitos de la norma ISO 14001 para el laboratorio clínico Higuera Escalante de Bucaramanga - Santander

Abstract

Lo que se lleva a cabo con este proyecto es una planificación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental bajo los requisitos de la norma NTC ISO 14001, con el fin de complementar y aumentar la responsabilidad y compromiso de la empresa hacia la protección del medio ambiente. Se desarrolla mediante 6 fases, en las que se hace una revisión ambiental inicial de los aspectos ambientales relacionados con las actividades, productos y servicios de la organización, se realiza la evaluación y determinación de los aspectos significativos, se identifican los requisitos legales que aplican para la institución y se plantean dos programas, de los cuales se implementa el de gestión de residuos. De la evaluación de aspectos ambientales que se hizo con la matriz diseñada, se encontraron como significativos y medio significativos el uso de energía y la generación de residuos peligrosos, respectivamente. En la revisión de la normatividad vigente se documenta una matriz, donde se relaciona cada requisito con los componentes ambientales. Se establecieron los programas de gestión ambiental para los dos aspectos prioritarios y se realizó la implementación del programa relacionado a la generación de residuos. Cada uno de ellos incluye su objetivo, metas, indicadores y plan de acción, donde se describen las actividades, responsables, duración y recursos con que se va a llevar a cabo. Se determinaron los indicadores con el fin de medir el cumplimiento de cada programa.

Each of them includes his aim, goals, indicators and plan of action, where the activities are described, persons in charge, duration and resources with which it is going to carried out. The indicators decided in order to measure the fulfillment of every program.
