Redacción de crónicas de personajes santandereanos para las secciones historias cotidianas y séptimo Día del periódico Vanguardia Liberal

Abstract

La elaboración de crónicas de personajes santandereanos para el medio de comunicación de prensa escrita Vanguardia Liberal, fue pensada con la finalidad de dinamizar la información contenida en el diario, tratando temas que aluden a la localidad, respondiendo al interés periodístico. Las crónicas fueron tratadas de manera diferente a la noticia escueta, de esta forma el lector se identificó con los temas presentados a través del periodismo literario en el que prevaleció en interés público, sin perder la seriedad que caracteriza un escrito periodístico. Para la producción de las crónicas se utilizaron diferentes recursos periodísticos como la entrevista, la consulta de expertos, las historias de vida y todos los elementos relacionados al trabajo de campo que describe una investigación seria y con fundamentos reales. En el proceso de creación literaria imperó la libertad que ofrece la crónica para narrar los hechos; en algunas se iniciaba con una frase dicha por el protagonista, en otras el tiempo era la excusa para contar cronológicamente los acontecimientos, y en otras se creaba un contexto y una historia a partir de la descripción. Todo este proceso desencadenó un interés en los lectores por conocer a cerca de la realidad que lo rodea, reflejado en la retroalimentación y respuesta por parte de ellos a través de los comentarios dejados en la página Web del periódico o vía correo electrónico; al mismo tiempo se respondió a una necesidad de contar la información más allá de los estándares a los que recurre el periodismo tradicional.

The development of chronicles of people from Santander for the press media Vanguardia Liberal, were thought with the objective of make the content information more agile, dealing with topics that are relevant to the community, with a high journalistic ethic. The chronicles were treated with a different angle from the common news, this way, the reader identifies himself with the various topics that were presented through literary journalism in which the reader was the main target, without losing the professionalism that characterizes the press news. For the production of the chronicles were used several journalist resources such as, interviews, expert consultations, everyday stories and all the elements related to the work field that describes a serious investigation with real fundaments, In the process of creation, the freedom that the chronicle offers to narrate the facts, was the main aspect; in some cases it began with a phrase mentioned by the main character, in others, time was the excuse to tell the facts chronologically or a context and a story were created from description. All this process unraveled an interest in the readers to know more about the reality that surrounds them, reflected in the feedback from them through the commentaries left in the newspaper website or via email; at the same time the necessity to tell the information further than the normal standards that common press has, was answered.
