Actualización del sistema de gestión ambiental de Santiago Sánchez Vesga Ing. civil y sus proyectos vigentes

Abstract

La actualización del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental de la Constructora de obras civiles Santiago Sánchez Vesga, consistió en una ardua labor de comprensión de las actividades que desarrolla en sí de la empresa, el funcionamiento y estructurar el trabajo. Santiago Sánchez Vesga posee un sistema de gestión integrado, conformado por el Sistema de gestión de calidad, el sistema de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional, y por último, el sistema de gestión ambiental, logrando con esto tener las tres certificaciones; ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007ISO y 14001:2004. La constructora Santiago Sánchez Vesga Ing. Civil tiene un alto interés por desarrollar buenas prácticas ambientales en el proceso de sus actividades, mediante el cumplimiento de este Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, para así lograr ser una empresa competitiva y líder en la industria de la construcción. Para realizar la actualización del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental se utilizó una metodología basándose en la norma ISO 14001 y el Manual HSEQ de la constructora, evaluando las falencias presentes en la empresa. El cronograma se inició por la actividad que se cree como la más importante y fundamental, siendo esta la actualización del Procedimiento y de la Matriz para la Identificación de Aspectos e Impactos Ambientales. Se realizó un seguimiento de cada obra o proyecto vigente, haciendo uso de inspecciones HSEQ y evaluando el cumplimiento de los indicadores propuesto en la matriz de objetivos. Según el orden de las evaluaciones ambientales, se procede a evaluar la Política Ambiental, mediante la actualización de los Objetivos y Metas del sistema, y la creación de los Programas de Manejo Ambiental. Este proceso también incluye la actualización de la matriz de requisitos legales ambientales, para que se verifique el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente. The updated Environmental Management System of the Construction of civil works Santiago Sanchez Vesga, was a hard work of understanding of the activities that the company itself, the functioning and structure the work. Santiago Sanchez Vesga has an integrated management system, consisting of the quality management system, the system of industrial safety and occupational health, and finally, the system of environmental management, affording the three certifications: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 18001:2007 and OHSAS 14001:2004. The builder Santiago Sanchez Vesga Civil Engineer has a high interest in developing good environmental practices in the process of their activities through the implementation of this Environmental Management System in order to achieve a competitive and be a leader in the construction industry. To update the Environmental Management System used a methodology based on ISO 14001 and HSEQ Manual of the construction, evaluating the shortcomings of the enterprise. The schedule was initiated by the activity that is believed to be the most important and fundamental, and this is the update procedure and the Matrix for the Identification of Environmental Aspects and Impacts. Were followed for each work or project in place, making use of HSEQ inspections and assessing compliance with the indicators proposed in the array of targets. In order of environmental assessments, we proceed to evaluate the environmental policy, by updating the Goals and Objectives of the system and the creation of the Environmental Management Programs. This process also includes updating the matrix of environmental legal requirements, in order to verify compliance with current regulations.
