Implementación del programa de salud ocupacional de la empresa comunitaria de Acueducto, Alcantarillado y Aseo de Saravena ECAAAS. E.E.P

Abstract

El proyecto se desarrolló en la Empresa Comunitaria de Acueducto, Alcantarillado y Aseo de Saravena. ECAAAS E.S.P. El objetivo general del proyecto fue Implementar el Programa de Salud Ocupacional de la Empresa. Durante el proyecto se desarrollaron las siguientes actividades: primera actividad, se realizó una revisión a los documentos de la empresa como el Programa de Salud Ocupacional, El Manual de Higiene y Seguridad Industrial, los reportes de accidentes de trabajo y las hojas de vida del personal con proceso en la ARP, logrando obtener un diagnóstico inicial sobre las condiciones de Salud Ocupacional de la empresa. La segunda actividad consistió en identificar los factores de riesgos a los que está expuesto el personal mediante el levantamiento del panorama de factores riesgos y plantear recomendaciones/actividades para mitigar el efecto en la salud de los trabajadores. La tercera actividad consistió en establecer los objetivos en el programa de Salud Ocupacional que expresaran claramente el compromiso y alcance que la organización adquiere para conservar el más alto grado de salud y bienestar a sus trabajadores. La cuarta actividad fue la planificación y puesta en marcha de las actividades y procedimientos formulados para la implementación del Programa de Salud Ocupacional, en la cual se ejecutaron capacitaciones, se estructuró el programa para inspecciones, entre otros. La quinta actividad consistió en formular la política de salud ocupacional la cual demuestra la preocupación y responsabilidad de la alta gerencia por mantener un ambiente de trabajo apto para sus funcionarios e incluye el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente en S&SO, las responsabilidades, divulgación y la destinación de recursos para su ejecución. La sexta actividad consistió en estructurar la propuesta de mejoramiento para los procesos de selección e inducción del personal, en cual incluyó el diseño de una cartilla de inducción que contiene los módulos: General y de salud Ocupacional.

This project was made in the Saravena ECAAAS E.S.P. Aqueduct, Sewed and Cleanliness Comunitary`s Company, the general purpose of this project consisted in put in function the occupational health program of the Saravena ECAAAS E.S.P. Aqueduct, Sewed and Toilet Comunitary`s Company since July 18 to December 31 of 2011. During the project there were made complementary y activities to fullfill the purpose. the first one consisted in checked out all the documents of the company as the ones about the Occupational Health Program, The manual of hygiene and industrial Security, check out the reports about the accidents that happens in the daily jobs, and the resume of people in the arp`s process, having as a result a primary diagnostic about how is going the occupational health in the company to help update the occupational health process. The second activity consisted in identify the differents risk factors which are expose the staff by making the lifting of the outlook about risks, factors and the planning recommendations, activities to mitigate the staff health`s effects. The third activity consisted in establish the purposes in the occupational health`s process to state clearly the commitment and the reach purchased in the company to maintain the highest degree in health and welfare to their workers. The forth activity was the planification and the start of the activities and procedures formulated to run the occupational health process, in which was make some training, the start of the inspection’s program. The fifth activity consisted in formulated the policy of the ocupacional`s health which capture the high preoccupation and responsabilty of the management to continue having a good work`s environment for their staff also it has purposes abut security and ocupacional`s health, the fulfillment of the regulations of now’s days in S&SO, the responsibilities and the destination of the resources for its performance. The sixth activity consisted in structure the proposal of the improvement in the process of selecting the people and the training, which included the design of a book about induction. The book contains modules: general and occupational health. With the factors outlook, it was identified that the biological risk affect 71% of the workers, the psychosocial risk affect 90% of the workers.
