Propuesta para la creación y gestión de la Escuela Municipal de Artes y Oficios de 1 Floridablanca (EAF)

Los procesos de formación artística en la población infantil y juvenil deben ser consideradas como parte de la formación integral del individuo y del desarrollo de sus capacidades intelectuales, de su pensamiento crítico en todas las dimensiones del conocimiento ya que estos no han sido tomados en cuenta con la seriedad y la estructuración fundamental que exige para su implementación por parte de las diferentes instituciones de educación oficiales y privadas. En este trabajo se propone la creación de una Escuela Municipal de Artes y Oficios de Floridablanca (EAF) para el municipio de Floridablanca como una alternativa. Esta investigación se basó en la metodología cualitativa de tipo exploratorio no experimental, mediante la aplicación de un instrumento (Entrevista semi-estructurada) aplicada a niños y jóvenes entre 6 y 26 años y a los profesores de las escuelas del municipio de Floridablanca, con el fin de establecer las necesidades de formación de la población objeto y poder así estructurar el proyecto desde la oferta acertada de unos programas de formación hasta la consolidación de una infraestructura física, administrativa y académica que impacte positivamente de acuerdo a esas necesidades. Un proyecto que debe ser bandera institucional de la administración municipal, inmerso dentro de su plan de desarrollo, como parte de su programa de proyección social hacia la comunidad en general. Los hallazgos más representativos fueron la existencia de la demanda potencial de los cursos por jóvenes de estratos 1,2 y3 entre los 11 y 19 años.

The process of artistic formation in children and young population must be considered as part of the integral formation of the individual and the development of his intellectual capacities of their critical thinking in all dimensions of knowledge, as these have not been taken into account with the seriousness and fundamental structuring that it requires for its implementation by the different official and private educational institutions. This work proposes an alternative to formalize these processes and that they are carried out with the basic possibilities of development and creation of the Municipal School of Arts and Crafts, strengthening them and projecting them towards this population in the municipality of Floridablanca - Santander. This research is based on a qualitative methodology of non-experimental exploratory type that will be carried out in the first half of 2021 in order to establish the training needs of the target population and to be able to structure the project from the supply side successful from training programs to the consolidation of physical infrastructure, administrative and academic impact positively according to those needs. A project that should be an institutional flag of the municipal administration, immersed within its development plan, as part of its program of social projection towards the community in general. The most representative findings were the existence of potential demand for the courses by young people from strata 1,2 and 3 between 11 and 19 years of age.
