Proyecto de inclusión educativa Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana fase 1

Abstract

La escuela de manera histórica ha sido excluyente de todos aquellos que se salgan de la “normalidad”, y en este grupo se encuentran los denominados estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales. Sin embargo, la convención de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad garantiza la no discriminación, el respeto a la diferencia y la igualdad de oportunidades. Por esta razón, este trabajo propone las directrices de un proyecto de inclusión que estructure las acciones que la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana ha venido ejecutando, con el objetivo de garantizar el derecho a la educación de todas las personas sin discriminación. Para lograrlo se propone trabajar en cuatro dimensiones: Cultural-Actitudinal, Jurídica-Normativa, Urbanística-Arquitectónica, Tecnológica-Académica. Se inicia el proyecto con una primera fase enmarcada en la dimensión Cultural- Actitudinal, donde se explorará el recorrido histórico que ha llevado a la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana a generar acciones efectivas en la inclusión educativa de jóvenes con necesidades educativas especiales, identificando las personas beneficiadas y entrevistándolas para conocer sus experiencias en torno a la inclusión educativa dentro de la Universidad. El nombre de la primera fase es "Viviendo la Inclusión", y algunos de los resultados fueron: los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales del programa INCLUPB entienden de forma superficial lo que significa inclusión educativa, se sienten agradecidos por el ingreso y el apoyo que han recibido de parte del programa. A la vez sugieren algunas ideas para complementar el programa como mayor flexibilización curricular, adaptaciones curriculares específicas, propiciar posibilidades de accesibilidad a la información y fortalecer los programas de etnoeducación, permitiendo que los saberes de las comunidades indígenas sean un aporte dentro del contexto académico. Dentro de este trabajo también se describen las barreras y facilitadores para la inclusión desde las dimensiones planteadas. The name of the fisrt phase is living the incorporation and some of the results went, that the students with special educative needs of the INCLUPB program understand of surface way what means the educative inclution the students feel thankful for the chance of income at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and for the supports that have received from the INCLUPB program in the same time suggest some ideas for complete the program as bigger flexibilization, specific curricular adaptations, propitiate possibilities of a information access conducive the programs of etnoeducation, lending that the knowledge of the indian communities are a support inside the academic context.
