Espacios de reflexión comunitaria en identidad y autocuidado desde la perspectiva sistémica, en mujeres adultas mayores de la zona norte de Bucaramanga

Abstract

El presente estudio describe un espacio de reflexión comunitario con mujeres adultas mayores de la zona norte de Bucaramanga desde el enfoque de la terapia sistémica, en esta oportunidad utilizando la técnica de taller reflexivo, herramienta de reflexión que permitió la socialización de pensamientos, opiniones, ideas y comportamientos adquiridos durante la vida de las participantes por medio de encuentros grupales, con el objetivo de conocer la percepción de identidad y autocuidado en la mujer adulta mayor. La muestra estuvo conformada por 11 participantes (mujeres) entre los 60 a los 85 años de edad, pertenecientes al Centro Vida de la Fundación Albeiro Vargas y Ángeles Custodios. Los resultados de la intervención comunitaria evidencian avances significativos en la cosmovisión de identidad de las mujeres, conduciéndoles a un cambio y favoreciendo su estilo de vida, permitiendo de esta forma el alcance de los objetivos planteados.

The present study describes a space for community reflection older women in the north of Bucaramanga from the perspective of systemic therapy, this time using the technique of reflective workshop reflection tool that allowed the socialization of thoughts, opinions, ideas and behaviors acquired during the life of the participants through group meetings, in order to know the identity and self-perception in the older woman. The sample consisted of 11 participants (women) between 60 and 85 years of age, belonging to the Life Center Albeiro Vargas Foundation and Guardian Angels. The results of the Community intervention show significant progress in the worldview of identity of women, leading them to a change and promoting their lifestyle, thereby enabling the scope of the objectives.
