Estrategias de estacionamientos de vehículos para el mejoramiento de movilidad en la ciudad de Bucaramanga

Abstract

En los últimos años, la ciudad de Bucaramanga sé ha visto crecer de manera progresiva su parque automotor debido en gran medida al aumento de los ingresos per cápita, lo que le permite a la población adquirir un automóvil particular. Por esto es importante entrar en detalle sobre cómo actuar para disminuir la congestión generada por los vehículos, la falta de planificación urbana adecuada y las políticas regresivas de transporte. La situación actual en la ciudad presenta una oportunidad para evitar que el problema se siga agravando y que la congestión llegue a niveles realmente insostenibles y en donde encontrar soluciones sea algo verdaderamente complicado. La incorporación de políticas y estrategias de estacionamiento se perfilan como actuaciones de éxito probado en muchas ciudades que han decidido apostar por políticas de integración de movilidad, urbanismo, desarrollo y medio ambiente. Estas nuevas estrategias de estacionamiento pueden dar soluciones a la situación de hoy en día que se vive en Bucaramanga, además ilustran la manera en que una gestión más inteligente de estacionamiento puede beneficiar los consumidores y negocios en cuanto a un ahorro de tiempo y dinero. Al mismo tiempo crear comunidades con mejor calidad de vida, y distintas ideas para disminuir el alto porcentaje de congestión en los diferentes elementos que conforman el tránsito (vehículos, motorizado, bicicletas, peatones).

The current situation in the city presents an opportunity to prevent the problem from worsening and that the congestion comes to really untenable levels and where to find solutions it is something really complicated. The incorporation of policies and strategies of parking are outlined as actions of success proved in many cities that they have decided to bet for policies of integration of mobility, urbanism, development and environment. These new strategies of parking can give solutions to the situation of nowadays that one lives in Bucaramanga, in addition they illustrate the way in which a more intelligent management of parking can be of benefit the consumers and business as for a saving of time and money. At the same time to create communities with better quality of life, and different ideas to diminish the high percentage of congestion in the different elements that shape the traffic (vehicles, motorized, bicycles, pedestrians).
