Diseño, documentación e implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad para el Laboratorio de Psicometría de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana seccional Bucaramanga

Abstract

Este proyecto se ha realizado con el fin de diseñar, documentar e implementar el sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la NTC ISO 9001:2015 en el Laboratorio De Psicometría de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana Seccional Bucaramanga, donde se realizó un diagnóstico inicial con una lista de chequeo con todos los requisitos de la norma que logro evidenciar el estado actual del laboratorio frente al sistema de gestión de la calidad arrojando un porcentaje de cumplimiento de cada numeral y la acción a tomar, partiendo así de los requisitos de dicha norma la cual generaun orden en los procesos y la información recolectada en los servicios prestados por el mismo esto produce una ventaja competitiva de gran valor para el Laboratorio y la institución, ya que genera mayor satisfacción en losclientes y organizaciones que usan los servicios allí prestados, donde basados en los resultados obtenidos con el diagnóstico poder diseñar y documentar el sistema de gestión para así socializarlo con todo el personal que hace parte del Laboratorio y posteriormente realizar un diagnóstico final que permita conocer el estado del Sistema de Gestiónde la Calidad y proceder a implementarlo en todos sus procesos.

This project has been carried out in order to design, document and implement the quality management system under the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 in the Psychometric Laboratory of the University Pontificia Bolivariana Sectional Bucaramanga, where an initial diagnosis was made with a list of check with all the requirements of the standard that managed to demonstrate the current state of the laboratory against the quality management system, yielding apercentage of compliance with each numeral and the action to be taken, thus starting from the requirements of this standard, which generates a order in the processes and the information collected in the services provided by the same, this produces a competitive advantage of great value for the Laboratory and the institution, since it generates greater satisfaction in customers and organizations that use the services provided there, which based on the results obtained with the diagnosis would be able to design and document the management system in order to socialize it with all the personnel who are part of the Laboratory and subsequently carry out a final diagnosis that allows to know the statusof the Quality Management System and proceed to implement it in all its processes.
