Estudio De Viabilidad Para La Creación Y Puesta En Marcha De Una Empresa Comercializadora De Equipos Generadores De Energía Fotovoltaica En Bucaramanga, Santander

Abstract

En la ciudad de Bucaramanga se ha venido presentando la necesitad de la implementación de otro tipo de energía debido a que las formas de energía convencionales muchas veces no llenan las expectativas de los clientes, en ocasiones es poco eficiente. Las condiciones ambientales en los últimos tiempos han venido empeorando, por tal razón se ha generado un gran deseo en la humanidad de implementar estrategias que no atenten contra el medio ambiente Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, la empresa INMOVATEC SAS se establecerá como sede principal en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, la empresa está directamente enfocada en prestar un servicio de energía eléctrica a la comunidad de Bucaramanga implementando una empresa comercializadora e instaladora de sistemas generadores de energía fotovoltaica. La metodología establecida para la elaboración de este proyecto se llevó a cabo de la siguiente manera: -Analizar la factibilidad del proyecto desde las diferentes áreas (mercados, producción, administrativa, socio ambiental y legal). -Realizar el análisis socio ambiental que permita identificar la magnitud de la importancia de la implementación o uso de energías renovables que contribuyan a la conservación del medio ambiente. Para esto, se identifican los diversos impactos que pueda generar el desarrollo de las actividades del negocio con respecto al medio ambiente, a través del análisis del ciclo de vida (ACV) del producto. -Realizar el estudio financiero del proyecto definiendo los recursos económicos que se requieren para el desarrollo del mismo, de manera que se determine si es viable en términos de rentabilidad económica. Preparar los documentos que son requeridos para el proceso que corresponde a la creación de la empresa de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos por la Cámara de Comercio de Bucaramanga.

For this, the various impacts that the development of business activities may generate with respect to the environment are identified, through the life cycle analysis (LCA) of the product. - Carry out the financial study of the project defining the economic resources that are required for its development, so as to determine if it is viable in terms of economic profitability. Prepare the documents that are required for the process that corresponds to the creation of the company in accordance with the guidelines established by the Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce.
