Auxiliar de ingeniería en la búsqueda, preparación y presentación de procesos de contratación estatal

Abstract

Este proyecto, describe las actividades realizadas por la estudiante en la práctica empresarial realizada en la empresa GUARIUM S.A.S, en el área de contratación estatal. En donde se realizaron labores de búsqueda, preparación, presentación y seguimiento a los procesos de contratación siguiendo la normativa de Colombia Compra eficiente y las leyes aplicables en el país. Entre las actividades realizadas: Primero se realizó la búsqueda en los portales secop 1, secop 2, licitaciones.info y se utilizaron estrategias para la selección como filtros y resúmenes, teniendo en cuenta lo indicado en el pliego de condiciones y lo requerido en los requisitos habilitantes y criterios de asignación de puntaje del proceso, además se realizaron observaciones al proceso como solicitudes y aclaraciones a los pliegos. Para la preparación, se realizan listas de chequeo para llevar un orden y reducir errores y finalmente la elaboración y diligenciamiento de todos los documentos solicitados y se define la oferta económica a presentar. Para la presentación se tiene en cuenta la forma de entrega y el cronograma. Por último, se realizó un seguimiento a los procesos presentados, con el fin de revisar informes y verificar posibles fallas en la entrega, subsanar y finalmente conocer si se ganó o se perdió el proceso. Adicionalmente se plantean conclusiones y recomendaciones acordes a lo ejecutado, se conoce el aporte al conocimiento adquirido a la estudiante y se concluye que, durante el tiempo de la práctica, fueron adjudicados 2 contratos a la empresa y en total fueron entregados más de 15 procesos contractuales en los que participó, asistió y apoyó, logrando cumplir con el alcance propuesto. This project describes the activities carried out by the student in the business practice carried out in the company GUARIUM S.A.S, in the area of state contracting. Where search, preparation, presentation and monitoring of the contracting processes were carried out following the Colombian Efficient Purchase regulations and the applicable laws in the country. Among the activities carried out: First, a search was carried out in the Secop 1, Secop 2, licitaciones.info portals and strategies were used for selection such as filters and summaries, taking into account what is indicated in the specifications and what is required in the requirements qualifying and scoring criteria for the process, in addition observations were made to the process such as requests and clarifications to the specifications. For the preparation, checklists are made to keep an order and reduce errors and finally the preparation and completion of all the requested documents and the financial offer to be presented is defined. For the presentation, the delivery method and the schedule are taken into account. Finally, a follow-up was carried out on the processes presented, in order to review reports and verify possible failures in the delivery, rectify and finally know if the process was won or lost. Additionally, conclusions and recommendations are raised according to what was executed, the contribution to the knowledge acquired from the student is known and it is concluded that, during the time of the practice, 2 contracts were awarded to the company and in total more than 15 contractual processes were delivered in which it participated, assisted and supported, managing to comply with the proposed scope.
