Abstract

El Congreso Internacional de familia y la cultura del cuidado, nace desde la proyección social de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Seccional Bucaramanga- concretamente en el espíritu del Instituto de Familia y Vida; como fruto de la interacción eclesial, pastoral y académica en el debido cuidado del matrimonio, la familia y la vida, en aras de una mejor y sana construcción de sociedad, la cual fundamenta el respeto y cuidado de la familia y el fortalecimiento de las competencias ciudadanas, así, como los valores humano-cristianos y la responsabilidad social. El Congreso de Familia y la cultura del cuidado, es una expresión humano solidaria de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, la Iglesia y las diversas comunidades que participan de manera activa en la construcción de ciudadanía desde el Instituto de Familia y Vida; en procura de un mundo más humano, justo y misericordioso; es así, como el congreso de carácter Internacional es una ventana que permite reconocernos como actores y agentes de nuevas propuestas de la cultura del cuidado de la familia en el amor y la caridad cristiana. El espíritu trascendental de la familia del siglo XXI se inspira en el respeto por la vida, la defensa de la dignidad, la cultura del cuidado, el fortalecimiento de la paz, la comprensión y la misericordia. De este modo, el matrimonio y la familia son los baluartes de las nuevas propuestas socio-culturales que responden al llamado eclesial de comunidad y crecimiento humano. La familia responde a nuevas experiencias de fraternidad en cada uno de sus miembros y concibe que el cuidado de la casa común es un reflejo del cuidado del hogar; de tal modo, la familia recibe el llamado a vivir en una dimensión de fraternidad. La familia doméstica es una vivencia del amor y la esperanza que se refleja en el seno de la Iglesia, convirtiéndose la familia en un propósito de fe, esperanza y caridad en cada uno de sus integrantes; reflejando un espíritu de concordia y fraternidad en la caridad. El congreso tiene como intención, solidificar la expresión por excelencia del amor y del bien, a partir de ideales que promuevan el crecimiento y fortalecimiento de los valores y la dignidad como faros que iluminan los nuevos caminos por los cuales la familia está siempre en proceso de construcción.

In this way, marriage and the family are the bulwarks of the new socio-cultural proposals that respond to the ecclesial call of community and human growth. The family responds to new experiences of fraternity in each of its members and conceives that the care of the common home is a reflection of the care of the home; in this way, the family receives the call to live in a dimension of fraternity. The domestic family is an experience of love and hope that is reflected in the heart of the Church, becoming the family in a purpose of faith, hope and charity in each of its members, reflecting a spirit of harmony and fraternity in charity. The congress intends to solidify the expression par excellence of love and goodness, based on ideals that promote the growth and strengthening of values and dignity as beacons that illuminate the new paths along which the family is always in the process of construction.
